01 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the ku9s website at ku9s.org, downloading the ku9s mobile application, or creating a player account, you confirm that you have read these Terms and Conditions in full and that you agree to be bound by them. These terms form a legally binding agreement between you and ku9s.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use the ku9s platform. Continued use of the platform after any update to these terms constitutes acceptance of the revised version. We recommend checking this page periodically so you are always aware of the current terms.

02 Eligibility

To register and use ku9s, you must meet all of the following requirements:

• You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration.
• You must be a resident of a jurisdiction where online gaming is not prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be a current or former employee of ku9s or any of its affiliated companies, or an immediate family member of such an employee.
• You must not have been previously excluded or banned from the ku9s platform.
• You must be acting on your own behalf and not as an agent for any third party.

ku9s reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time. If you cannot provide satisfactory documentation, your account may be suspended and any pending withdrawals held until verification is complete.

03 Account Registration

Each individual may hold only one active account on ku9s. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, different names, or using different contact details — is strictly prohibited and will result in the permanent closure of all associated accounts.

When registering, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. This includes your full name, date of birth, and a valid mobile number linked to your bKash, Nagad, or Rocket account. Providing false information is a breach of these terms and may constitute fraud.

• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential. Do not share your password with anyone.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account, whether or not you authorised it.
• If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, contact ku9s support immediately.
• You must update your account information promptly if any details change.

04 Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on ku9s are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). We currently support deposits and withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. No credit cards, bank transfers, or international payment methods are accepted at this time.

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳50. There is no maximum deposit limit, though large deposits may trigger additional verification.
• Deposits are credited to your ku9s account instantly upon confirmation from the payment provider.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳200. Withdrawals are processed promptly, typically within minutes during normal operating hours.
• Withdrawals can only be made to the same mobile banking account used for the most recent deposit, unless you have completed additional identity verification.
• ku9s does not charge fees on deposits or withdrawals. However, your mobile banking provider may apply their own transaction charges.
• Withdrawals may be delayed or held if your account is under review for security or compliance reasons.

ku9s reserves the right to request identity verification documents before processing any withdrawal. This is a standard anti-fraud measure and is not an indication of wrongdoing on your part. Failure to provide requested documents within 7 days may result in the withdrawal request being cancelled.

05 Betting Rules

All bets placed on ku9s are subject to the specific rules of the game being played. Game rules are displayed within each game interface and are available to review before placing any bet. It is your responsibility to understand the rules of a game before participating.

• Bets are final once confirmed. You cannot cancel or modify a bet after it has been submitted.
• All game outcomes are determined by a certified random number generator. Results are final and cannot be disputed on the basis of perceived unfairness.
• In the event of a technical fault during a game round, the round may be voided and stakes returned. ku9s will notify affected players.
• Minimum and maximum bet amounts vary by game and are displayed within the game interface.
• Winnings are credited to your ku9s account balance immediately after a round is settled.

ku9s reserves the right to void any bet that was placed as a result of a technical error, a pricing error, or any form of system manipulation. In such cases, the original stake will be returned to the player's account.

06 Bonuses and Promotions

ku9s may offer bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and other promotions from time to time. Each promotion is subject to its own specific terms, which will be published alongside the offer. The following general rules apply to all bonuses unless stated otherwise:

• Bonuses are available to eligible players only. Eligibility criteria will be stated in the promotion terms.
• Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement will be stated in the promotion terms.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless the promotion terms explicitly state otherwise.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts or exchanged for cash outside of the stated wagering process.
• ku9s reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time and to reclaim bonus funds if abuse is detected.

07 Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the ku9s platform. Engaging in any of these activities will result in immediate account suspension and may result in legal action:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other tool to interact with the platform in a non-human manner.
• Attempting to exploit bugs, glitches, or errors in the platform for financial gain. Any such gains will be reversed.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.
• Initiating chargebacks or payment disputes with your mobile banking provider for transactions that were legitimately processed by ku9s.
• Providing false identity information or impersonating another person.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing ku9s staff or other players through any communication channel.

ku9s monitors all account activity and uses automated systems to detect suspicious behaviour. If your account is flagged, it may be temporarily suspended while an investigation is conducted. We will contact you via your registered contact details during this process.

08 Responsible Gaming

ku9s is committed to promoting responsible gaming. We believe that gaming should be an enjoyable activity, and we take seriously our responsibility to help players who may be experiencing difficulties.

• You can set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from your account settings at any time.
• Session time reminders can be activated to alert you when you have been playing for a set period.
• Self-exclusion is available for periods ranging from 30 days to permanent. During self-exclusion, you will not be able to log in or receive promotional communications.
• If you believe you have a gambling problem, we encourage you to use these tools and to seek support.

ku9s staff are trained to identify signs of problem gambling and may proactively reach out to players who show concerning patterns of behaviour. We may impose limits or restrictions on an account without prior notice if we believe it is in the player's best interest.

09 Intellectual Property

All content on the ku9s platform — including but not limited to the website design, logo, game graphics, text, software, and audio — is the property of ku9s or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

• You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any ku9s content without prior written permission.
• You may not use the ku9s name, logo, or branding in any way that implies endorsement or affiliation without written consent.
• Screen recording or streaming of ku9s games is permitted for personal use only. Commercial use requires written authorisation.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ku9s shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from your use of the platform. This includes, but is not limited to, loss of winnings due to technical faults, loss of data, or interruption of service.

ku9s does not guarantee that the platform will be available at all times or that it will be free from errors or interruptions. We will make reasonable efforts to maintain service availability but cannot be held responsible for downtime caused by factors outside our control, including but not limited to internet outages, payment provider issues, or force majeure events.

11 Privacy

ku9s collects and processes personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using the platform, you consent to the collection and use of your data as described in that policy. Key points include:

12 Changes to Terms
